2 - Archaean 4000-2400 “origins” – mantle, rock formations and movements, tectonics. abiogenesis, cyanobacteria

3 - Proterozoic 2400-542 “early life” – single-cells, anaerobic algae, low oxygen

4 - Phanerozoic 542-0 “new life” – oxygen air, marine animals and plants, amphibians, reptiles, mammals
